The West End Dining
Room
This dining room
provides a sophisticated atmosphere, where we combine
personalized service and excellent cuisine for a memorable
dining experience. The name "West End" pays tribute to the
former name of the Henderson Country Club which was
unfortunately lost in a fire many years ago. This dining room
offers lunch and dinner Tuesday through Friday and diner on
Saturdays. The West End can accommodate approximately thirty-six
guest per seating which provides an intimate setting for your
dining experience. Our members may also reserve this elegant
dining area for private dinners and functions. The West End
Dining Room also hosts the annual Chef's Dinner and Wine Dinner.
The West
End Lounge
The West End Lounge
is adjacent to the West End Dining Room which offers an intimate
bar setting for members to enjoy a cocktail. In this refined yet
warm atmosphere we offer a traditional bar that also
accommodates a lounge area featuring a fireplace where friends
gather on the sofa to enjoy hors’d voures and a relaxing
beverage. There are also three cocktail tables spaced
throughout the Lounge with plush chairs to help reflect the
ambiance of a relaxed yet sophisticated evening at home. The
lounge is often also reserved with the West End Dining Room so
that members can provide an area for guests to greet each other
and have a beverage before their meal.
The Ball
Room
The Ball Room offers a gathering space for any large event from
weddings to dinner functions for over fifty people, and yes,
Ball Room dancing. The Ball Room is a spacious area with classic
style that is a beautiful backdrop for any event’s specific
decor or on its own. For engagements with more than one
hundred attending the privacy doors to the West End Dining Room
or Oak Room can be opened to provide an area large enough to
spaciously accommodate two hundred and fifty or more guests.
Events of any style can be held in the Ball Room due to its
great versatility. By arranging tables for a formal seated
dinner or a fun and relaxed celebration we can accommodate any
preference our guests may have.
The Oak
Room
The Oak Room provides a casual bar and dining outlet for those
who want an evening out with the kids or dinner in a more casual
environment than the West End. The Oak Room features a large bar
where members can gather after a hard day of work or enjoy their
favorite sports game on our large flat screen television, high
at the end of the bar. There are three cocktail tables for
guests to gather around when the bar is crowded or eight tables
with seating for over thirty six people for those who would like
to sit and enjoy a cocktail with a friend or have a relaxed
dinner.
The
Veranda
The Veranda runs adjacent to the West End Dining Room, Ball Room
and Oak Room. The Veranda overlooks our beautiful ninth green
with doors that open into all three of the major dining outlets
offered. Members often enjoy their dinner on the veranda with
breathtaking views of the sunset and lush eighteen-hole golf
course as the setting for a memorable dining experience.
The
Magnolia Room
The Magnolia Room is where you may often find a variety of
events taking place. The Magnolia Room offers a private space
for approximately thirty people. This space can be used for a
meeting area, private dinners, wedding or baby showers, civic
groups, and even bridge clubs. There are six tables that seat
four people each but tables can be moved and added to
accommodate the specific function taking place.
The 19th
Hole
The 19th Hole is on the lower level of the clubhouse and is the
main dining area serviced by the snack bar. The room features a
bar, two televisions and seating for approximately thirty five
people. The 19th hole provides a convenient dining area for
those finishing or just beginning a round of golf or tennis.
Both the lady’s and men’s locker rooms are adjacent to the 19th
hole providing convenience for busy members. There is a
separate area adjacent to the 19th Hole and snack bar which
offers a tile floor, seating for approximately twenty people,
and a television. This area of the snack bar offers an area for
children year round and provides a place for pool attendees to
dine steps away from their lounge chair.
