Henderson Country Club Dinner Menu

Fall 2011

Appetizers

 Tandoori BLT

India style bread topped with roasted tomato scattered with Parmesan cheese, black pepper maple bacon, and finished with Chiffonade of lettuce. $10

 Sesame Seed Tuna

Ahi tuna steak encrusted with toasted sesame seeds served with a fresh fennel slaw dressed with Ponzu vinaigrette and finished with srirchaca sauce. $12

 Mexican Seafood Cocktail

These delightful blends of lump crab & shrimp are marinated with fresh avocados, cilantro and Special tomato puree. $11

 French Onion

Caramelized sweet onions and sherry all simmered in a rich beef broth, topped with melba toast and melted Swiss cheese. $7

  Salad

 Panzanella Baby Spinach

Tossed in warm smoked bacon vinaigrette with mushrooms, smoked bacon, shaved red onions and hard boiled egg garnished with grilled wheat flat bread $10

Grilled Shrimp Caesar

Crisp romaine tossed in a creamy Caesar dressing with home-style croutons and Parmesan cheese topped with grilled shrimp and finished with fresh cracked black pepper. $12

 HCC Classic

Mixed greens topped with grilled marinated chicken breast, tomato, smoked bacon and blended cheese served with your choice of dressing. $11

Salmon Salad

Crisp greens topped with seared Salmon filet, smoked Gouda cheese, dried cranberries and toasted pecans served with your choice of dressing.  $12

All Entrees will be served with Choice of Soup or Wedge Salad

Grilled boneless chicken breast served over a wild mushroom duxelle, roasted potatoes, sautéed baby spinach and finished with a light blue cheese cream Sauce and toasted walnuts. $16

 Smoked Chicken Pasta

Cavatappi Pasta coated with a goat cheese cream, smoked chicken, tomatoes and Parmesan cheese served with braised southern greens. $16

 Pork Osso Buco

On a bed of wheat pasta tossed in natural pan juices with baby spinach $18

Asian Style

Fresh ginger-soy marinated tuna steak grilled and served atop jasmine rice, sesame asparagus and carrots garnished with wasabi caviar. $21

Cedar Plank Grilled

Butterflied trout stuffed with lemon and fresh herbs served with braised southern greens, rice, and topped with a warmed tomato relish. $19

Halibut

 New Orleans Style
